MY Mission:

Taking underperforming organisations from Torture to Title in 3 Simple Phases.

If your organisation is facing the ‘torture’ of misaligned agendas, miscommunication, poor leadership, or lack of clarity in vision, my three phase programme will help you and your team become champions in your own game.

My Philosopy

One of the most brilliant discoveries business people find is that people really do want you to win, there’s rarely an external entity wishing failure upon you. My coaching focuses on both organisational and individual ability to embrace the challenges and welcome the hard moments as opportunities. They will be your biggest gift. If you embrace those moments as an opportunity, as a chance to learn, they change your whole experience. Developing a growth mindset where we own the moment, the environment, and the situation we are in, regaining control where we can and gratefully relinquishing it where we can’t, enables people to face their personal ‘torture’ of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and inner judgement. You are then on course to win your ‘title’, move forward, and become champion of your own game.

Leadership

Where do you look to elevate the performance of your team?

Many of us in business has seen first-hand the challenges, the lows, and exhilarating highs of being a leader.

Recognising the power of an organisation, through the engine of people that fuel the business, is the first step to great leadership. None of us win the title alone.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Unsurprisingly, the common pitfalls and challenges facing business teams are not far removed from what we see in sport.

I’ve taken my experience and success in sport development to provide the same insights into team dynamics when working with teams in business.

Developing resilience is part of sport and it’s something that has served us well over the past year also. You will get knocked back 10 times but you don’t run off the pitch.

KEYNOTE TALKS

What do you look for in a keynote address?

I have been welcomed as a global thought leader, sharing my personal journey from psychiatric nursing to rugby, to coaching and training leaders to fulfill on their potential; delivering talks across a variety of business events and seminars.

I leave audiences inspired by who they are and what they are capable of.

Win the game, on and off the pitch

I am Su Carty and I love supporting people embrace a challenge and rise above it. My experiences as a coach, a sporting professional, and a psychiatric nurse, all tap into what I value in making a difference for people, enabling them to be the best version of themselves. My passion is facilitating growth for people; getting them engaged in their lives, inspiring them in their work, and empowering them to get beyond self-limiting behaviours and indoctrinated thought patterns to truly ‘win the game’ both on and off the pitch.
